A secret Organization Edit

The first group was originally a British agency formed in World War 2 to fight the Nazis. They were lead by John Watkins, the first Citizen V. This organization was eventually destroyed by Heinrich Zemo. Most of the members were hunted down and murdered. Citizen V ended-up strangled by Zemo.

A group of golden age heroes decided to reconstitute this destroyed organization. They hunted down nazi war criminals, terrorist, and stopped alien invasions.
