The US Marine Corps is a branch of the United States military in which many of the occupants of the Marvel Universe has belonged to.

Gung-Ho

When the Army's G.I. Joe team was expanded to include members from other branches of the armed forces, Gung-Ho was one of the first new additions.

Hitman

Burt Kenyon was a Vietnam vet who actually served in the same unit as Frank Castle a.k.a Punisher.

Nuke

Frank Simpson was a test subject of the Weapon Plus Program. He's been transformed into a killing machine, leaving him seriously deranged.

Punisher

The definition of vigilante, Frank Castle is determined to eradicate crime by using any means necessary.

Stevie Goodwin

Stevie was a U.S. marine who fought alongside the Punisher in the battle Valley Forge was overrun by the Viet Cong. He was his younger brother's inspiration for writing a book about the Punisher.

Thunderbird

Thunderbird was one of the new X-Men introduced in Giant-Size X-Men #1. He died shortly after on one of his first missions.
