NEMU! They would make a great couple. He loves to rescue damsels in disstress. Can you think a lady in more need of saving than she. She has great strength and he needs to draw it out of her so that she will stand up to her father.

Rewatch/read the early Soul Society arc and pay attention to their interactions in the current arc.  Ishida is always very attentive to and concerned about Orihime, and it's more personal than Ichigo's concern, which is more out of a sense of obligation than anything else.

He doesn't have any feelings for anyone so far in bleach other then some lust when he blushes. Other then that, he has none.
