Once a Soviet Intelligence agent who was tracking the original Crimson Dynamo down who defected to America. He wears technology stolen from Dynamo. Later he joined Dr. Doom in attacking the Fantastic Four and then helped Beetle, Electro, Melter, and Mandaran fight Cyclops and Iceman.. After that Unicorn became part of Maggia. He was announced the unofficial leader of the members of Maggia by betraying Count Nefaria. He than betrayed the other members of Maggia. He has fought Iron Man on several occasions. He eventually was forced to join the Thunderbolts.
His power is much like Cyclops blast but his comes out of his head.
After the Super-Human Registration Act was put into place, Unicorn registered and joined The Initiative.
