Cousin Paulie from Philly was the second leader of the Franchetti Family. Paulie proved to be even more merciless as he had no remorse in blowing up St. Gerald's orphanage and targeting Jenny's sister to piss off Jackie Estacado.
Nevertheless, Jackie was able to save her and in retaliation he killed Paulie and took over the organization from him.
