Yeah, he was its strength for the first 2 films though. I think its time for them to move on now though. Wouldnt he be near 65 years old by the time they got done filming Terminator Salvation ?

Yeah it was great. Terminator 3 was okay. But the Sarah Connor Chronicles have been solid, it breathed life into the franchise. I wish they would do that for Robocop. LOL

Really? I stopped watching the Sarah Chronicles altogether. The Sarah character is great, but the 14 year old high school student/Terminator chick is annoying as all hell.
The original movie was dark and gritty. (easily the best) Everything afterwards was all big budget explosion and fancy CGI. They didn't need all that to continue the success.
the story easily has enough on its own to be what succesful, however terminator has always been my favourite movie and im proud to say it the amount of times ive seen it would now enter three figures. it will not be the same without him, but it will be succesful and entertaining.
I'm losing interest in the tv show. They gave the terminator girl a personality and was laughing and joking with that girl, and almost changed her name? What is that about?!

She was starting to have flashbacks of her human counterpart... that the Terminators had given her as her humanoid form...

The latest I heard is that he is involved. I've said from the beginning they'll probably CG his face or something towards the end when they first have the T-800s roll out of the assembly line. Word also has Linda Hamilton doing a voice over on the audio tape things she recorded.
I agree, Acheron! It doesn't matter how old Arnold gets, I'm pretty sure that with his regular workout, and hollywood makeup and effects on top of that, they can make him an awesome terminator again. Don't count him out until hollywood stopsusing makeup and effects. Arnold could die, and they could probably still put him in another movie, as long as there's makeup and effects, people.

The great thing about Arnold is that his almost complete inability to act human comes in handy for the Terminator, lol. I think the only movie I thought he was good for actual quality acting was True Lies.
To me its no doubt that Clooneybat barely defeated Arny as Mr. Freeze. But there's no WAY balebat could even come close to taking down ArnoldFreeze!!!!! Whadya batboy/fanboys say to that?!

Yeah. McG wanted the T-101 to be the same T-101 in the very first Terminator film, so it needed to look exactly like Arnie did in the 1980s. Thank God for CGI. With Roland Kickinger's body and 80s Arnie's head rendered with CGI, we shall finally have the evil T-101 back to kill John Connor.
