I recently bought Uncanny X-force 18 and to my suprise it came in a package just like Ultimate Spiderman 1 (with Miles Morales) and the first issue he appeared in. My question is, should I take Uncanny out the little packaging? I wanna read it but with it being in a package it seems like I should just bask upon it's awesomeness and never ever open it to read it.

To make people think it's a super special issue and you should buy it because the contents in it are so awesome that if any non comic reader looked at it their minds would melt into a fine goo.

They are just jealous of you and your awesome packaging. They want to wreck what is beautiful. Don't let them win. Instead eat it. Eat the packaging and the comic.
