    Taking Back the World

After killing Fantomex's mother and taking the mysterious "World", X-Force is left wondering who is behind this ambush of Deathlok cyborgs?
    The Good
First off, the art is amazing. Esad Ribic is on cover and interior duites on this book, and like the last issue, he is just blowing me away. Ribic's got some amazing action-packed panels that goes so well with Remender's writing.
Other great things about this issue are the pacing and the characterization of certain characters. The pacing is perfect. We get an awesome story that doesn't feel rushed, and it progresses very well to the cliff hanger in this book. The characterization of Psylocke and Fantomex is also really good. After a Danger Room made conversation with her brother, Captain Britain, we get some great dialogue off of Psylocke. Fantomex on the other hand is fighting with his savior, Deathlok and Remender writes him so well that he's become on of my favorite characters in the Marvel U.
    The Bad
Esad Ribic is a very talented artist, but in some panels, Deadpool just doesn't look right. Aside from that this issue of X-Force was near perfect.
    Verdict - 4.5 out of 5
Uncanny X-Force remains to be one of the most consistent Marvel books right now, meaning that it's always been top-notch since the first issue. If Ribic's cover doesn't already make you want to go pick it up, you are really missing out on what is currently a great series.

Cover:   As I've mentioned in very many reviews, specifically for this series, the color choices, particularly in the logo and backdrops, continues to be one of my favorite aspects of the variety it presents to the covers.  If I lay them all out on a desk, they'd make for some awesome covers with astounding colors throughout.  Colors have varied more in this arc, however, so consistency is great.  The Good:  Where do I begin?  Last issue did not really do it for me.  It wasn't an altogether terr...

After the last issue which through me, the unfamiliar reader, into a story deeply surrounding Fantomex did not lead to the best comic reading experience.  Here though the writers have turned things around and with the provision of a little bit of detail in relation to the back story this issue really takes off.  Well it does and it doesn't.  The first bit is a well executed bit of action but it is action without meaning, meant to look visually impressive while not adding much to the story.  As s...
