Synopsis
Outside Los Angeles, Storm flies alongside Psylocke's craft and asks her about the last six months. Psylocke simply replies that the old X-Force team was already dying and she just needed to put it down. She had to get out of Wolverine's school. She ponders on a conversation between she and Wolverine in which he essentially kicks her out of his school with the cryptic message to check her email. The women are interrupted by a SHIELD operative that they are flying illegally on the west coast. The women ignore the warning of adverse measures and continue on their way. Storm takes out a mess of drones sent to apprehend them. Without any further interruptions, Storm asks Psylocke about that email from Wolverine.
The email is a forwarded communication from an operative that Wolverine had dispatched. The message states that Wolverine is right in that a new drug has been made and the effect on is a sort of brain-washed mass of mind-controlled partying people. The drug is called Tao and Wolverine's fears about the handler proved correct.
Having related the email's contents, Psylocke asks about Storm and Wolverine. Storm plays coy and is saved from further interrogation when the ladies pull up in front of a bar. Wolverine's contact is supposed to be in the bar. The walk in to find Puck surrounded by a gaggle of women. He warmly welcomes Storm and offers his condolences on her divorce. He then plays the smooth talker with Psylocke, who immediately shuts him down. Puck welcomes the ladies to his team and takes them to an old bank. He explains that it is used for parties in which drugs are sold. He mentions that the dealer uses the vault of the old bank to keep something secured - it must be the stash of drugs. He then shows the ladies the dealer: Spiral. Noting her unfinished business with the six-armed woman, Psylocke jumps into action by attacking Spiral. With the diversion, Storm and Puck sneak off to investigate the bank. As the women fight, Storm and Puck find the vault. Storm freezes it off its hinges the duo finds a girl inside. She is scared, but not of Storm and Puck. She seems to see that Psyolocke is hurting Spiral. She sends out a message to the druggies to protect Spiral. They do, and Psyocke ends up at the mercy of her own sword, Shurayuki.
Downtown at the Union Train Station, the air splits and a man falls to the ground. It is Bishop. He is elated to be back in the present.
In France, Cluster and Fantomex leap across rooftops to escape unseen police assailants. Having made their getaway, Cluster asks if she is becoming an okay thief. In response, Phantomex kisses Cluster.
