Umbreon has a sleek black body with four slender legs and crimson eyes. It has long pointed ears and a bushy tail, each with a yellow band around them. Its forehead and legs have yellow rings on them. Its yellow markings glow at night and strike fear into anyone nearby.

Notable Umbreon
Gary's Umbreon
Umbreon's first appearance was as an Eevee in the episode 'The Rivalry Revival', where it was easily able to defeat Ash's Pikachu in a battle. However, it was first shown as an Umbreon in the episode 'Power Play', meaning that it must have evolved at some point in the night time before that episode, as it was shown to be an extremely capable and strong battler. Throughout it's life as an Umbreon, it has been one of Gary's most used and prized pokemon, going with him pretty much everywhere along with his Blastoise and Elevtivire.
