Ultimate X-Men Annual # 2 - Breaking Point

The comic is good, and while the first story is a bit on the sad end of comics, the story about Xavier's cat is hilarious and makes for a good laugh.

My only issue with it was the strong contrast in the stories- it made it seems as though the first story was not as important inm the series.

The comic itslef is beautifully drawn and the pictures of the casino in the first story are very detailed and interesting. The second story, while not as interesting or new to the eye, is written very well and involves a very sharp humor.

I'd recommend it if you're looking for something that'll be good for both first-time readers and long-standing Ultimate X-men fans. It is easy to follow and the stories can be read separate from the series, which is good for X-men virgins!
