This issue was pretty rushed in the dialog like where Beast appears with the team and Cylcops and Jean just disregard it and say "It's a long story and we don't have time for it. Just rest assured it's really him". Angel's death was pretty much adamant (Bring on Archangel is all i'm gonna say). There seems to be no backstory to the Apocalypse entity other that it was somthing talking to Sinister. It's going to be very interesting to see where Kirkman takes this by the end of his run with issue 93.

The only thing that really saved this issue, in my opinion, was the wonderfully drawn art by Larroca. His art brought a realistic feel to the book. The Sinister-Apocalypse transformation was very neat looking as well as the cover art.

Overall the issue is 3 stars.
