Plot Summary
Ultimate Daredevil attempts to enlist Spider-Man in a crusade to bring down the Kingpin -- permanently. But with his Aunt’s life hanging by a thread, and his serious girl problems with MJ and Kitty Pryde, crimebusting may be the last thing on young Mr. Parker’s mind.
SPOILERS
Kitty Pryde goes to the same school as Peter now and it is rough for her after breaking up with Spider-Man. Meanwhile Daredevil creates the Ultimate Knights and plans to kill the Kingpin. Moonknight makes a new personality for himself called "Ronin" but goes too far and captures Spidey for the Kingpin. The Kingpin tells Spider-Man he owns him and he lets him go. Back at the group, Daredevil figures out Iron Fist betrayed the team. Soon Daredevil threatens to kill the Kingpin's wife but is talked out of it by Spider-Man. Having been beaten up by Kingpin's goons, Ronin tells the cops that Kingpin had him almost killed. The cops arrest Fisk and Peter continues his life.
