One-Shot Handbook answering all your questions concerning the Marvel Ultimate Universe from Bishop-Vulture. Apart from Ultimate character profiles, this issue also has an Ultimate Updates section chronicling any new changes since the last Ultimate Handbook. As it is with most Handbooks these days you also have two profiles on a couple of the people behind the book, Stuart Vandal and David Wiltfong.
