I'll start by saying I enjoyed this issue of Fallout almost twice as previous issue(s).Maybe because lately(or better set during Ultimate X) Pietro became a favorite of mine.He's a charismatic villain who can be incredibely persuasive.
The issue followed two plot line:Pietro's and Nick Fury's.Pietro is revealed on planning on enslaving the mutants and selling them to the highest bidders with this claiming to 'help' the country making trillions.Diabolic plan have to say it while on the other side of the city, Nick Fury's budget is cut almost in half, more precisly by 30 % which according to him will 'kill a few people'.
The art was amazing.All of it was in Fallout.The story magnificent as always.Bendis can go off-tracks sometimes just like Loeb(dunno but can't say the same about Millar) and tell stories that are complete waste but not this time.This time he IS proving of being worthy of writing in the Ultimate Universe.
I rate it with a 4 out of 5.
Pick this one up if you enjoyed the new 'new' Ultimate Universe so far, this won't disappoint you.

  Cover When I first saw this cover I thought the issue was going to be other team of Ultimate X but the issue had nothing to do with that but just about Nick Fury and Quicksilver. Story Quicksilver tries to convince a businessman to convince the government to use mutants in society. Also Nick Fury gets a budget cut for SHIELD. Best Part To tell you the truth I did not really like anything in this issue story wise. It was all just one big business deal in this issue. Also nothing really...

Synopsis: The story now focuses on Quicksilver and Nick Fury.What's Good? Once again, Ultimate Fallout moves away from the Death of Peter Parker, and turns its attention on the future. Pietro seems to have a vision in mind when it comes to mutants like himself. He doesn't exactly look like he plays the villain role, so it's hard to figure out what he wants. And it also appears that Nick Spencer is not letting fans forget about Pietro and Wanda's special...relationship from Ultimates 2 and 3. As ...
