      Cover When I first saw this cover I thought the issue was going to be other team of Ultimate X but the issue had nothing to do with that but just about Nick Fury and Quicksilver. Story Quicksilver tries to convince a businessman to convince the government to use mutants in society. Also Nick Fury gets a budget cut for SHIELD.     Synopsis: The story now focuses on Quicksilver and Nick Fury.What's Good? Once again, Ultimate Fallout moves away from the Death of Peter Parker, and turns its attention on the future. Pietro seems to have a vision in mind when it comes to mutants like himself. He doesn't exactly look like he plays the villain role, so it's hard to figure out what he wants.     Oh man, what happened here? Things were moving. We had a new Spider-Man. Plans were being made.
