Alfred Pennyworth is Bruce Wayne's loyal father figure and butler. Alfred raised Bruce (and later Dick Grayson) after the death of the Waynes. A former British secret agent, Alfred is a skilled surgeon who often treats members of the Bat-Family.
Anya Cartwright is the wife of Oscar Cartwright who Two-face had planned to use as a ransom along with Dana, Oscar's Mistress. Later it is found out that Anya has a split personalty and that she is in fact Dana which ruins Two-face's plan. She is saved by Harley Quinn.
The son of an Atlantean queen and a lighthouse keeper from the town of Amnesty Bay, Arthur Curry would grow up to become the superhero Aquaman, and later take on his birthright as the King of Atlantis. He is a founding member of the Justice League and is among DC Comics' most recognized heroes.
Barbara Gordon was the first modern age Batgirl until she was brutally shot by the Joker, rendering her paralyzed from the waist down. Barbara reinvented herself as Oracle, providing intelligence to the DCU heroes and leading the Birds of Prey. She has recently become Batgirl once again to protect Gotham City.
Having discovered his mother murdered and his father blamed for the act, forensic scientist Barry Allen sought to clear his father's name and find the real killer. After being doused in chemicals and struck by lightning, Barry was granted the gift of super-speed. Now he protects his hometown of Central City as The Flash, the fastest man alive and founding member of the Justice League.
Though they were once trusted allies (along with Jim Gordon) Harvey Dent was scarred by the Joker, and was driven insane. Dent ranks near the top of Batman's foes. Two-Face has extreme split personality disorder. He flips a coin-one side is scarred, the other unmarked. If it comes up unmarked, he will do good -if it's scarred, he will do evil. Harvey Dent stands as Batman's first and after Jason Todd, his most tragic failure.
Some Batman story lines feature a college age son of Batman (Bruce Wayne) named Batman Junior. The mother wasn't clear in the stories. Sometimes called a "Super-Son"
After resigning from the Army under DADT for being a lesbian, Kate Kane lived a directionless party-girl heiress lifestyle until, on a dark night, a chance encounter with Batman inspired her to find a new calling in life, later adopting the mantle of Batwoman.
Dinah Lance was born into a family of crime fighters; her mother was a vigilante and her father is a cop. She grew up with the company of heroes, and after years of training, followed in her parent's footsteps by assuming the costume, identity, and legacy of her mother Dinah Drake, the Black Canary.
Two-Face is currently at war with him and Penguin.
Karen Beecher-Duncan is a scientist that created a scientific super-suit which gives her superhuman strength and the ability to fly. Karen also has been affiliated with the Doom Patrol, S.T.A.R. Labs, and Teen Titans. As of Rebirth, her origins has been slightly changed she is an Air accident investigator.
Calendar Man is known for committing crimes that relate to holidays, and significant dates. He is fascinated by dates and calendars; even his real name is a pun on the Julian and Gregorian calendars. He used to be thought of as a joke but has gotten more serious in some issues.

Carla Viti was the sister of mob boss Carmine Falcone and was the mother of his nephew Johnny Viti.
Carmine “The Roman” Falcone was the head of organized crime in Gotham City during the early years of Bruce Wayne’s return to Gotham. He inherited the empire from his father Vincent Falcone.
Harvey's Two-Face personality attempted to murder Carol.
The daughter of two notorious assassins, David Cain and Lady Shiva, Cassandra left her father as a child after she killed a man and saw his pain and fear while he died. After saving Commissioner Gordon's life, she became the new Batgirl with Batman and Oracle's blessing, and was later adopted by Bruce Wayne. She would later give the role of Batgirl to her friend Stephanie Brown, and became Black Bat. In the New 52 and Rebirth, she takes the alias of Orphan.
Catwoman is a fictional character originating from DC Comics. Under the costumed alias of Catwoman, Selina Kyle, is a cat burglar with an on-again, off-again, romantic relationship with Batman. She is shown as a woman who is very strong-willed, independent and morally dubious.
Chancer is a thief from Texas wanted for over 20 different robberies. He is a generally overconfident character with an unusual luck that usually ends up with someone in a bind and him getting away.
Two-Face tortured him.

Circe was a face model who seduced Janus Cosmetics executive Roman Sionis into murdering his parents, then dumped him once his career went down the tubes. After becoming the Black Mask, Sionis scarred Circe, who went to Two-Face with a plan of revenge.
Damian Wayne is the son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul. Trained by the League of Assassins all his life, Damian joined his father’s side in the war against crime by becoming the fifth Robin.
Daphne Blake is a member of Mystery, Inc. She is known for her sense in style & fashion and Her fiery red hair. Daphne comes from a very wealthy family. Daphne's main attire in the Scooby-Doo series consists of a purple dress, pink pantyhose, purple shoes, and a green scarf. Daphne also has an impressive collection of bikinis and swimsuits when she is at the beach.
Teamed up with Mr. Hyde and opposed Daredevil and Batman during a DC/Marvel crossover event.
Grayson has long harbored a great fear of Two-Face due to an incident as Robin in which he was almost killed at his hands. However he recently put it aside when he battled him in New York and once again in Gotham.
Two-Face shot and killed Janice Porter.
