I'm sorry, this issue redeemed nothing. It didn't make me mad like the earlier one did, but it's nothing special.It continues much later. The Long Halloween has passed now. No idea what Harvey's been up to with the whole time, but it's no longer important. Right now, Harvey's doing a mock election using his buddies at Arkham to help him out. It's a creative plan, sure, but maybe a little silly for Two-Face. On top of that, he's a murderous vigilante, taking out anyone he sees as a criminal  with...
