Pilot Season '08 has started! 0

To be honest, when I first heard the premise of this, I thought it was a novel idea but wasn't sure how much of an impact it'd make in the Pilot Season competition (voters decided which titles get their own series).I started reading, not really expecting much. I mean, a story about an average woman patrolling her neighborhood? Within the first couple pages, my opinion started changing. The main character, known (for now?) only as Twilight Guardian, has OCD and feels she must patrol her neighb...
