Turok and company fight to save Regan and others from the Spider People and hungry and dangerous dinosaurs.
A little girl has been kidnapped by an ancient tribe known as the Clan of the Spider People led by Chichak Spine-Breaker. Turok has been brought in due to the appearance of dinosaurs in the area. As Turok and company set out to find the Spider People they are watched by the very ones they seek. Quickly Regan Howell and paleontologist Darwin Challenger are captured.
Once captured by Chichak he uses the Regan to taunt Turok and tries to kill Turok by using Darwin as bait for some hungry dinosaurs. Instead Chichaks plans are foiled by Turok when he kills the dinosaurs (with the help of Andy Howell and another dinosaur). His plans foiled Chichak escapes with the little girl and Regan. Turok sets out to find Chichak but he is badly injured by the dinosaur that died and fell on his leg in the previous battle.
All of this puts Chichak's leadership in question and it gets worse when the tribe sees a large dinosaur beast in the moonlight. Up to this point they believed they were in heaven but start to question it after the recent circumstances. Chichak tells them that their must be a sacrifice to make the heaven continue and offers up one of his own people whom has deemed unworthy.
