    Some say Elizabeth Taylor was the last great movie star. Her talent, beauty, feistiness, and glamour catapulted her to stardom and she handled her success with grace and generosity. This tribute shows Elizabeth as the down-to-earth diva she was, told from the POV of one of her BFFs: Her beloved Maltese Daisy.

    I have been seeing these issues creep up around the comics publishing for a few years now, but it was not until this one that I actually bothered to have a look at one of them. This tells a somewhat chronological look at her life, from the vantage point of one of her dogs. In theory this might have worked better, except one of the underlying themes was to act as an apologist both for her marital and romantic transgressions (on the basis that she just had so much love to give that it is fine to b...
