A combination of 3 standard sentinels bonded together by Loki. Edit
Loki devised a grand scheme to cause massive ammounts of chaos and melded three different Sentinels together to form one engine of destruction. It's mission was to destory a nueclear powerplant near NYC causing many casualties and poluting the air with massive ammounts of radiation. It took Spider-Man wielding the Captain Universe power to defeat the Tri-Sentinal before it accomplished its mission.
Later, somes moronic government agents tried to reprogram the Tri-Sentinel to go after mutants, but the Tri-Sentinel reverted back to his original programming and began its rampage anew. It took Spider-Man again with the help of Richard Rider aka Nova to stop it from reaching its goal. This time, Spider-Man took to attack the beast from inside out.
