Fitzroy was a member of Xavier Security Enforcers in an alternate future but was kicked out due to his criminal antics and became an enemy of Bishop.He fled to the twentieth century.He siphoned the life energies of the Hellions, killing them, to make portals for other criminals from his time to come to the twentieth century.

Fitzroy has also traveled to another alternate future in which all technology is medieval.Using his technology and time-traveling robots he gained control over this timeline.He then transported Shardto his time to keep her captive and Bishop followed.After defeating Bishop, Fitzroy created a portal and his plan was to become the "master of time."As he was entering his portal Bishop grabbed him and held him half in and half out of the portal until it closed, cutting him in half.

Powers

Fitzroy is a mutant with the ability to Siphon someone's lifeforce and use it to create a portal through space or time.As he increased his powers he was able to open more portals at once and even freeze others in stasis.

He often fights in a suit of mesh bio-armor made of omnium, a steel alloy stronger than titanium. This suit is very powerful and near indestructible.
