    5 star reviews seem to be a dime a dozen around here.   My average review is 2.5 stars - the exact middle of the road - so it's not often that I give 5 star reviews. But Top 10 is no ordinary comic book.  In this issue the cops of Neopolis Precinct #10 join forces with Large Marge and her hookers to take down the Libra killer once and for all.
