    One way or another, everyone in Neopolis seems to be getting wasted in "Eight Miles High!" If it's not the kids holding their rave parties high on mongoose blood then it's that scary new stuff that officers King Peacock and his partner Synaesthesia just uncovered. Meanwhile, an enormous (and we mean 50-stories tall) alcohol problem hampers further developments in the Libra Killer case.

    Top 10 #4 continues the outstanding cop superhero series about the trials and tribulations of Precinct 10.The officers of Top 10 have a big situation on their hands, and by big I mean really big - like a 50 story tall drunken dad who wants to know why his kid has been locked up by Smax.
