Lonnie started off life at quite a disadvantage. Being Harlem's only black albino, he was bullied often at school. He eventually became a bully himself, taking protection money from other kids. Robbie Robertson was the editor for the school paper, and was going to publish a story about Lonnie's criminal acts, but Lonnie "persuaded" him that this would be a bad choice.

This eventually led Lonnie to much more serious crime, and he used his unusual appearance to his advantage. He filed his teeth to points, combined with his albino complexion, he appeared to be very Vampire-like in appearance, which helped in catching marks off-guard for an easy kill.

While working for Hammerhead, Lonnie decided to set a trap for Robbie at the Osborn Chemical Plant. Unfortunately, the trap was set off early by Spider-man, the Molten Man, and the Green Goblin(Harry Osborn). Face-to-face with Lonnie, Robbie shot him, and Lonnie fell into a chamber filled with Diox-3, an experimental plant preservative. The gas entered Lonnie's bloodstream and altered his chemical make-up. The preservative gave Lonnie super strength, made his skin impervious to most attacks, and lightning-fast reflexes. Due to these changes, Lonnie took the title 'Tombstone', since it not only describes his appearance and powers, but also works well in his chosen profession as hitman and enforcer.

Spider man" cartoon series voiced by Kevin Micheal Richardson. Through the series his people called him the "Big Man" who Mr Osborn is in league with. Tombstone's strategy is to use Oscorp to create super villains to fight Spider-Man in order to keep him distracted or busy while the activities of his cohorts goes uninterrupted.

Making an offer that Spidey CAN refuse.

Its revealed in the episode "The Invisible Hand" which is the same episode "Alex O'Hirn becomes the Rhino" that the "Big Man" is in apparently Tombstone, he made an offer to Spider-Man that he'll stop using Oscorp to create metahuman's as long as Spider-Man keeps his nose out of his affairs he even pays Spider-Man in advance. Obviously Spider-Man refuses and will keep fighting him inspite of the super villain onslaught coming his way sooner or later. What Tombstone will do next is unknown at this point.
