    Frank Drake has lost everything, including the woman he loves. On the verge of suicide, Frank is visited by someone who has wanted to meet him for some time, someone who may be able to help him enact his revenge!

    Suicidal over the death of Jeanie, Frank Drake attempts to kill himself by jumping from a bridge into the Thames. At the last moment, however, he is rescued by Rachel Van Helsing and Taj Nital. They convince Drake that he would be better off joining their campaign to rid the world of vampires. Meanwhile, Dracula enslaves Clifton Graves and has him recover his coffin and fortune so he may re-establish himself in London.

    The Sides are Forming in London 0

    In the third issue of Tomb of Dracula, the forces of both sides start to come together. Dracula has his powers, as well as slaves and willing helpers of means. Aligned against him are his descendant Frank Drake, Rachel, a descendant of his enemy Van Helsing, Rachel's man-servant Taj, and in a nice departure from typical vampire stories - the authorities.  It's that last part that I really like about this issue.
