    Made To Suffer

    Tom is seen in the background for two issues until he gets his first speaking role in Issue 47. In #47 he orders the remaining survivors of the Woodbury group to attack the survivors in the prison. He is then ordered by The Governor in the next issue to go into the prison and kill the remaining survivors.

    Although it isn't seen in the comic series, the novels reveal that Tom was devoured by walkers after being ordered into the prison by The Governor.
