  I’ve been waiting for this issue for quite some time since Donna Troy has been my long-time favorite Titan. This issue continues to show the Titans splitting apart as they all discover news paths towards living on their own. For Donna in particular this is important since she’s accurately described here as being the den mother and big sister to the team and never truly being her own person.  I have always wondered about the treatment Donna Troy has been given over the years. On one hand she is usually written very blandly. Like the Mickey Mouse of the Teen Titans. Very noble with a matriarchal streak in her. Yet the reactions to her by her peers has always been one of great respect and sometimes awe. On the other hand, because writers do not know what to do with her ( at least since Marv Wolfman ) so whenever there is grave danger she is the first to be put in front of the bullet. ...
