Timekeeper

The Timekeeper is an ancient being with knowledge of all history... all 13 billion years of it. He is obsessed by time and will tell you anything you wish to know for a price. His head is that for Salvidor Dali but his torso and arms are elongated and mantis like. From the waist down he is insect like with 4 legs and a brown abdomen. He wears a large analogue clock on a string around his neck.

Armageddon

In the third part of the Armageddon arc he is visited by Bedlam, Chastity and The Chosen team. He tells them he will share knowledge of the story of the beast known as Armageddon for a price. The price is to be stated and paid after the terms are agreed and the story told.

The tells the gathered that Armageddon was one of the six known Chaos Lords, but when he proclaimed himself to be superior over them, he was defeated in Chaos War and imprisoned in the Forever Wall. Their battle was so terrible that it shattered the primordial atom giving birth to our universe. Once freed he will use the Nexus of All things on Earth to unmake all things in the universe except himself so that he will become the universe. As to what can defeat him, the time keeper does not know but knows that it will require design and chance in combination. His tale told he demands his price and that is Oblivia. The others are shocked and refuse but Oblivia herself accepts saying she hopes that it will avoid her fate to die to save the world.

Later she is walking with the timekeeper and bites his neck. She drinks his blood and the knowledge he contains with it. She removes his head and travels back to earth.
