Like every other Zuunian, Brin Londo has superpowers, but on different planets and atmospheres these features are enhanced greatly. Coming to be known as Timber Wolf, at one point he looked like everyone else from the planet Zuun, but exposure to Zuunium transformed him into a savage lycanthrope.

Is he stronger in his savage fury or when hes calm and do you think hes stronger then sabertooth?

Timber Wolf is stronger in his savage form but can also use that strength in his normal form.
As for Sabertooth there is no match, because Brin(Timber Wolf) was altered by his father and Sabertooth is just a mutant which means that he has not developed to the point of Timber Wolf.
