Tim Gunn reunites with comic book/pop culture historian Alan Kistler to discuss the super-hero fashion of: Mr. Miracle, Star Sapphire, Power Girl, Catwoman, Spider-Man and Batwoman!

This was actually a very fascinating watch. Tim Gunn gets mad props. Looking forward to part two!

I like that he's okay with Power Girl's look, compared to Black Canary's 'tramp' fishnets, Catwoman's old dress & Star Sapphire's 'porn' modern style.

This is really fun and interesting at the same time!  Fashion in superhero fighting is often over-looked, but they have fun with it.  Although Tim Gun could have done a bit more commentary.  Yeah, I'm looking forward to Part 2 as well!

I'm actually glad he likes Power Girls' costume. He's absolutely right that it's 100% fitting for her character without dipping into fan service levels.

Also, LOL at his subtle Robin joke.

I loved part 1 and 2, seeing the character designs from a fashion standpoint.  It was fun.  I also liked, and probably never real heard before, the idea of a character's personality defining what costume they should wear.  Robin is the good cop, was a great way to put it.

I myself love some of the cheesiest costumes for some reason, I live the classic Collar Nightwing, Alan Scott's costume (just not as the main Green Lantern), or Composite Superman.

That was fun, and I loved his reasons for liking Spider-man.
