As a young boy, Tim Drake cleverly deduced the identity of Batman. After the death of Jason Todd, Tim convinced Batman that he should be the new Robin. Eventually resigning as Robin, he is now Red Robin, the leader of the Teen Titans.

Dick is around 5ft 10. Compare him to Superman, Batman etc.
Oh, and R'as' height would presumably depend on the height of his "host" (Dusan Al Ghul, I believe), so we have no real basis for judging Tim's height in relation to anyone else in that picture.
From most recent Red Robin GN [Hit List]. I Bruce is 6'2" - 6'4" ish then I'd say Tim is maybe 5'9" max?
Bruce has been stated on numerous accounts to be roughly around 6'2 as he is shown to be drawn shorter than Superman who is stated to be 6'3-6'4. If by comparison with the image here, I'd say Tim is roughly 5'8-5'10 max.
