    I apologize for the last thread about Tim I made. I jumped to conclusions that he was better as Robin when I did not read the Red Robin series. I now prefer him as Red Robin.

    I've liked him as both...I really liked his last Robin suit before he became Red Robin and I really like where they've taken his detective skills since he became Red Robin

    Tim has really come into his own as Red Robin, he's gone beyond being just Robin.

    Tim has really thrived in his role as Red Robin and it's much nicer to see him really demonstrate his skills in this solo role

    Tim is better as Red Robin. Damian is Robin now and I hope to remain that way.

    When I first read Red Robin, I felt it was kinda shady how Dick decided to let Damian take over as Robin. That said, I'm glad it happened because I like Tim in a role where he is able to do his own thing in shades of gray.

    @onlywonderboy:
    I just finished reading "Batman: The Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul" for the first time and I have to admit, I lost some respect for Damian. I'm sure If I read that first then B&R, it would be the other way around.
    Kinda getting off topic. But I just thought I'd add that.

    Ah, that was why you liked him better as Robin, cause you hadn't actually read Red Robin :P

    @primepower53: Hmm interesting, I'll have to give that book a shot.
    Yeah, I didn't mind Damian in Batman and Robin, actually kind of liked him, but there's just sometimes I can't stand him. Like in Red Robin when he was mocking Tim about taking his job. That was where I hated him the most.

    @FadeToBlackBolt:   I hate not only his Dr. Midnite costume ripoff but I cannot take a guy woth the name of Red Robin seriously.  I just hate that name.  What is next is he going to have a kid sidekick called Bennigans?

    Peter David's Young Justice and Chuck Dixon's Robin are both more entertaining to me than the new series.

    Honestly it was a tie for me but i ended going with Red Robin cause it was just a little more exhilarating than his usual robin comic which was always on point by the way. I don't think the polls take away from Tim as Robin, it just prove that he just has become better as his own man in the Red Robin identity.

    Agreed read recent Teen Titans trade I saw Midnite I was like "Why did they call Tim for a Raven problem?" I would have chose Red Robin but only if he got out of the awful costume and changed the name really it like Impulse calling himself the Rapid Impulsion come on let go of you old title come up with something cool and sleek like Nightwing did, your like 19 or 20 dressed like a 40 year old recent retired cop taking up being a vigilante. Had to choose Robin but if he changed prone to give him a chance.

    Well Tim's transformation from Robin to Red Robin was inevitable. Seems like every Robin has to get tired of being just a sidekick at some point. Dick became Nightwing, it's only fitting Tim became Red Robin. I like him as RR. Adds some depth and excitement to his character in my opinion.

    But then again, he made Robin cool again.....I still say Red Robin.

    i prefer tim as red robin. i can understand why he isn't robin now. LIke dick grayson he needed to get out there on his own and a new identity. Understandable...sometimes u just outgrow things. Well even tho dick told him, he can't be his robin i think it would of happened eventually.
