The Tick remains a captive to the Evanston Asylum for the mentally imbalanced under the face-ripping efforts to become sane under Dr. Lovecraft. However, Arthur allied with the vigilante cult basis to the Tick is set to commit a breakout for his ally. Chairface Chippendale likewise is set by helicopter to aid the Tick's escape in effort to save the City from the "other" Tick whose tearing his cronies and innocents apart. Will the Tick be cured of himself, or will everyone else get a taste of each other's medicine? A side story involving the imprisonment, scheming manipulation and escape of Chairface also included.
