Thunderstrike

Eric Masterson began his career as a replacement for Thor, who was then believed to be dead. When Thor returned and reclaimed Mjolnir, Odin created the Uru mace - "Thunderstrike" - for Eric so he could continue helping people and fighting evil.

I dont understand the question. It's Thunderstrike vs Thor, it even says so on the cover.

yep that is what he looked like as he took on Thor's actual countenance Thor lost the beard shortly after this fight.

Yes thats is Eric's Look as Thor.
Yes that is Eric as Thunderstrike.
Yes they are Fighting.

No That is not Eric as Thor. It is a Villian dressed up like Eric's Thor with a cheap High-tech Hammer.
No the villian does not have any powers except for the fake hammer which fires Electric bolts.
