Tygra and Lion-O enter the Astral Plane to retrieve the mystical stone they've been after for the past few episodes. They encounter Mumm-Ra in the process. And they just might uncover a bit of truth from the past. Grune and Panthro have what might be their final duel. If all that wasn't enough, Cheetara chooses her beau.

Yeah it does, and I wouldn't mind having Tygra use a sword every now and then in the show. That would be pretty cool since he apparently is pretty good with it.

I dont understand Tygra and Lion-O are brothers, but they are different cats? So they have the same father but do they come from different mothers?

I hate how the reboot portrays the cats, they were less bratty and childlike in the original.

Even the kids in the original knew how to behave and be useful in combat, the kits now are just bad.

Lion-O technically was if I'm not mistaken they said he had to pass the annointment trials before his 20th birthday before he became official lord. So he would have to be 19 at the start when awakening from his pod.

@god_spawn: Actually he was technically younger than the twins but was due to a glitch in the ship they used he was aged to adulthood on there trip away from Thundara to Third Earth

@joshmightbe: At the start yeah he was a cub he was younger than the kittens. Physically the glitch aged him to his mid 20's, but chronologically his real age was 19 and on his 20th birthday he began the anointment trials to become official lord. Boomerang was running the first season a few months back and they mentioned it.

Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats Ho!!!!

Here is my prediction of the episode. Lion-o finds out of the rotten things tigra has over the course of his life. Cause Tigra believes he should be king yadda yadda yadda. Meanwhile these parts of the past are shown as a distraction while mumm-ra finds the soul gem, he fights against tigra and lion-o and loses but still gets away with the soul gem. the two learned a lesson that despite everything of there past they need to work together as a family to ensure there future. lesson learned lets move on.

Cheetara  will choose Tygra...just like the original series...

My teory: Cheetara will choose Lion-O over Tygra, then he will become angry and turn against the Thundercats just like the Elephant prophecy. Without mentioning tigers were once loyal to Mumm-Ra in the past...

wow, we knew he was mad about lion-o becoming king, but that is just wrong

wow that was a great episode! I wonder what will be done about Panthro? I have a feeling the berbils will be building him a little assistance, if you catch my drift. Maybe one red and one blue, to match his weapon. I'm sort of glad that Cheetarah made her decision. Hopefully Lion-o and Tygra can GET OVER IT finally.

Lion-O's impression of OMG cat made me laugh.

The show is good, but they could stand to tone down the "kid-ness" of WilyKat and WilyKit.

I didn't think Lion-O would get beat as bad as he did.

Well, my theory was just proven wrong. Good episode overall, but I had to adress this left a bad tast in my mouth: what was the point of building up a love triangle in the new series if they are going to hook up Cheetara and Tygra just like the original series?

whats with older siblings and always being jealous of the younger sibling and the reason why tygra cant be the new king is because hes an adopted son lion-o is the real son thus he has a blood right to the throne lion-o got the kingdom but he didnt get the girl i watched the original series when i was a kid so i dont remember anything i dont know what road they rae going to take whos gonna get lion-o gets cheetara

so I wonder when they're going to talk about Tygra's real parents

I actually liked this episode! It would be interesting to see where the Lion-O, Tygra and Cheetara love triangle is going at next season!
