1.Penance. His suit looks cool and i really like the way his powers are drawn from physical pain. It can lead to some cool moments like that time Bullseye broke his arm and generally beat the crap out of him so the Tbolts would win.
2. Venom. He just looks cool. That tongue of his cracks me up.
Zemo reminds me of Cobra Commander. If he ever features in a film i bet he has a lisp.

For me it would be a tie between Bullseye, Green Goblin, or Crossbones
Cause their all bat(poop) crazy! and bad (donkeys)!

One of the most underrated megalomaniac in comics. If it wasn't for his hubris and a few bad breaks he'd be on Doom's level. He's a good villain.

He's Ghost. He's the creepy intellectual with bad health habits and poor social skills. C'mon, how could I not think he was the most interesting character in T'bolts?

The real Power Man, Luke Cage, is a good example of a B-Lister showing first stringer potential. Good mixture of leadership and anger. Just blatantly one of the better African American characters.

A character that polluted my child hood comic experience. Needless to say I'm endeared to the character. I'm glad he's getting his time in the sun again. Without question, one of my favorite characters in all of comics.

She's Songbird. Need I say more? She's my favorite super heroine period.

Then Abe.
Then Songbird and Fixer tied for third.
I'm kinda old school.
