Plot Summary

The Skrull invasion is finally over and Norman Osborn is the man of the moment...  maybe the man of the century! With the whole country at his feet, he decides to play his cards and change the balance of power. While he was in Washington, not only receiving a public ovation but advocating himself as the ideal man to reconstruct the country, in the Thunderbolts Mountains, the now disassembled  team will realize that the real enemy was always between them.
