In Thunderbolts Annual #1, the Thunderbolts (Red Hulk, Punisher, Venom, Red Leader, Deadpool, and Elektra) have to take down the True Faery King of the Old Ones who has taken the form of Dr. Strange. The plot here isn't that important. What is important is that in this comic, S.H.I.E.L.D.'s "Wizadry/Alchemy/Necromancy Department" (W.A.N.D.) makes its debut.
