    The Good: I'm really enjoying the rotating cover artists. This cover is usually a bit dull for my tastes, but I don't dislike it for some reason. I like how the guest artist only drew the opening scene instead of sporadically through the issue. It makes the flow less jumpy. We got a much more in depth look into the workings of T.H.U.N.D.E.R. I'm really liking how varied the team is, and how each issue dedicates time to fleshing out each member with the recruitment. Dynamo's an ass, but it works ...
