Agent Origins
Me Gusta - With an art style similar to that of Animal Man and a tale of heroes with untapped potential, I present to you Thunder Agents. I have no clue who these guys are but after reading issue one I'd like to know more. The writing style is pretty good. The back and forth between Toby Henston and Colleen Franklin is what really turned me on, maybe a bit too much if you know what I mean. There's not that much action, just mostly ground work for building up the story. I am a fan of origin stories myself, you gotta start somewhere. This issue gives off a hint of mystery, which I also applaud. I am one of those guys who likes to analyze comics and try to figure out the story before it happens and I'm not so sure what's in store just yet.
No Bueno - I wasn't a fan of the long conversation of the movie that they saw. I thought it was a bit too long and that they could have talked more about other things.
Veredicto - I think this series is worth a gander or two. If you feel that you liked it but you were a bit confused, I'd suggest reading it again or just skimming through for a recap. Just so you become more familiar with the characters. I'm looking forward to issue two.
