Modern Design, Throwback Building Materials 0

The Good: I have to start off with that cover. It's fantastic. One of the absolute best I've ever seen from Andy Kubert. The overall presentation is absolutely stunning, every space is filled up by something without it even coming close to feeling crowded, we get to see the whole team laid out, with subtle distinctions that let us know a bit about each and every one of them. Me Gusta - With an art style similar to that of Animal Man and a tale of heroes with untapped potential, I present to you Thunder Agents. I have no clue who these guys are but after reading issue one I'd like to know more. The writing style is pretty good. The back and forth between Toby Henston and Colleen Franklin is what really turned me on, maybe a bit too much if you know what I mean. There's not that much action, just mostly ground work for building up the story. I am a fan of origin stori...
