Thor: The Dark World is now available on Blu-ray. While the disc has a lot of special features, here's a deleted scene not included on the disc.

There are two deleted scenes available exclusively on Disney Movies Anywhere. It's Disney's all-new cloud-based digital movie service that lets you purchase and watch movies from Disney, Pixar, are Marvel.

You probably remember when Thor and Loki had to leave Asgard despite Odin's decree that no one was to leave or enter Asgard? It would make sense that they would get a little more opposition.

This should have been in the movie (delete one of Kat Dennings' stupid one liners for it) I like that it shows Thor can fight without the hammer, he is a warrior after all. It reminds me of him taking down all the SHIELD guys in the first film.

Loki looks CG-ed in, but it's still a cool scene.

Why the FAWK was this deleted!?

QFT, I had a smile on my face when Thor kicked butt with his warrior H2H skill. Plus it makes sense that more Asgardian warriors would try to stop Thor and Loki leaving.

All of the deleted scenes from this movie should have been in it. Also in the next movie less Jane Foster and wacky sidekicks.

Why was this scene cut? Smh.

Yeah of course, we would love to see Kat dennings' joke and Selvik's butt rather than this. Good call Marvel.

Both Thor movies had great scenes that were deleted. Why? Maybe because Marvel Studios are probably too dumb.
