Thor Odinson is the All-father of Asgard /God of Thunder, offspring of All-Father Odin & Elder-Goddess Gaea. The mightiest and the most beloved warrior in all of Asgard, a staunch ally for good and one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse/omniverse. Thor is also a founding member of the Avengers.

The 2 out of 7 on intelligence doesn't really mean he is silly, it's intelligence as a resource in combat, where 7 is the likes of Reed Richards, Tony Stark, Doom, etc... Not meaning that he is under regular intelligence. In fact Thor has proven to be a wise guy, and probably you would take him over intelligent people liker Reed "I don't care about my beautiful and good wife because I'm bussy on my lab" Richards or Hank "slap the wasp" Pym (to be fair the last one is doing all he can do to redeem himself from his past actions and supporting women, maybe at this point he is worthy material for you to date...)
And yes, dating Thor (or any Marvel/DC god) would be pretty embarrassing and even awkward. "Now, woman. Let us dine at the family banquest! Naked." Those silly gods and their "orgies".... XD
Thor's attributes are for women who like men, not women who like girly men. I know that's hard to grasp with those curly locks. The guy had to fight and kill giant things from a young age, so he's not arrogant he's confident.

Arrogance? Thor has two flying goats with better healing factors better than Wolverine, of course he should be arrogant. He smacked Iron Man around because Iron Man cloned him and his clone killed Bill Foster. In another reality his clones killed everyone. I'll take arrogance over everyone being dead, I mean, thats just me but... plus look how friendly he is being here with Jane and her friend Peter? Moral of the story? Don't worry about Thor's arrogance unless you clone him and use that clone to kill people?

Thor = smarter than your average. Plus more locations. He just took Jane half way around the world. In style too.

Him being arrogant and mad at Tony for violating his genetic code to create a clone/ robo-version of Thor that posed himself as the God of Thunder and killed heroes under his name promptly deserved Tony's beat down at Thor's hands. That and the whole trying to shove his registration stuffing to Gods.
