Let's face it, Thor has been unimpressive lately and he loses a lot of battle.Which weak character's can beat him.

Weak as in what? Like not as strong as Thor? Because their are reality warpers that could easily beat him though they aren't in his strength class.

Well if we are facing things, we should probably admit that all characters ever look pretty unimpressive lately. I mean seriously and for real. So I would say the weakest character to beat Thor would be Living Tribunal with 2 billion and 7.3 Infinity Gauntlets, 5 billion and 400 years of prep with Batman advising him for 2 billion of those years and he has 5 Get Out of Jail cards.  
 
Even then though Thor could just throw his Viking Helmet at Living Tribunals head decapitating him. I mean the guy is actually already decapitated, thats how unimpressive Thor is.

Possibly Gambit if he could get hold of his hammer. Though it is Uru and the chances of Gambit getting to the hammer in the first place are slim

Anyone weak who is deemed worthy enough to hold Mjolnir, has a pretty good chance of giving Thor a beating imo

captain america lifts his hammer and beats him, stupid, but marvel would do it
