Thor, the Asgardian God of Thunder. The son of Odin - All-Father of Asgard - and Gaea - the Elder Earth-Goddess - Thor is the mightiest warrior of Asgard and one of the most powerful beings on Earth.
Molecule Man destroyed and reformed it along with Cap's shield and Surfer's surfboard around Avengers #215 to 216. Great Tigra story. Plus yeah as blur99 mentions when Thor fights Fenrir and Ulik who have their own similar hammers made by Surtur it breaks/damages too.
I think that only characters thats power exceeds odin's should be able to damage mjolnir but thats just my opinion. I think it gets broken far too often.
during Thor: Disassembled (Rune King Thor storyline/Ragnarok) in the frirst or second issue, Mjolnir gets broken and stays that way till the last issue.
