So on the Hulk Vs DVD, Marvel gave a "First Look" at the next animated movie, Thor: Tales of Asgard. This is a movie dealing with a much younger Thor, before he got his mystical hammer. One of the cast said that it will be similar to the comic series, Thor: Son of Asgard.

Thoughts?

I can't say that I've read the Thor: Son of Asgard comic so everything's going to be new for me. But I am excited about this being the new movie. I'm even more excited about the supporting cast for the film!

The First Look for "Thor: Tales of Asgard" was definitely one of the highlights for me since I wasn't "wowed" by either "Hulk vs." movies.

I liked that series, just don't leave out Enchantress

Definitely Amora better be in it or I'll be disappointed. I liked her role, though limited in the Hulk Vs Thor.

She was. She started off as one of the antagonists in the film.

Why the heck Marvel keep making these "Classic characters as teenagers" animated stuff? First X-Men: Evolution (really overrated show), then Iron Man: Armored Adventures, Next Avengers and now this. Teenagers are annyoing as hell! I want adult Thor fighting against adult Loki in kick-ass animated movie.

i thought the movie was great.

you got to see THOR and especially LOKI in a different view. you kind of have to smile when Loki and Thor makes jokes, but then keep in mind they will soon become great enemies.

Even without his hammer it was a solid film.

I disliked it because they changed so much. The Valkyries are now Amazons. The Warriors Three are lying braggarts instead of true warriors. Thor is more pompous and stupid than usual. Odin comes off as foolish. About the only good things were the interesting twist of the frost giants being the dominant power and not being pure evil.
