Just came back from movies after watching Thor, with Chris Hemsworth, and I must say, it was absolutely awsome, and great seeing the big guy up on the big screen and doing him justice. Looking forward to seeing him with the others, especially next to Hulk, in the Avengers next year. Hemsworth kicks royal but with Mjolnir, he's powerfull, flies, and tangoes with the Destroyer quite well. The movie is epic, as is his fight with the frost giants in Jotenheim, right through to the end in his fight with the Destroyer then Loki. Yes, he does wear his famed winged helmet, but only at the beginning, in the opening scene.

Thor Movie.......
" I'd just like to know: is there a scene after the credits? I don't want to know what it is; I just want to know. "Yes, there is. :)

Me: "Hey! Don't leave yet, folks! There's a scene after the credits!"
People: *shake hands*
Me: "Alright! But you'll just hate yourself later!"
People: "F___ you!"
Me: "Hey, you're the one that'll be looking for it on YouTube later!"
Family in front of me (who are in the process of sitting back down: "You better be right about this."
My friend: "Believe me; he is"
After scene:
Family: "Thank you so much"
Me: *sits fedora*

" @JediXMan: People actually insulted you? Wow, dicks. When I did that they were like "Nah" at worst. "( *looks around* crap. I didn't think my original post went through? I typed up the other for nothing o_O )
If I remember correctly, yes - or maybe I just received the finger, which basically means the same thing.
It's awesome! Best Marvel movie so far.
Even if I did hate what was introduced after the credits.
Thor looks amazing, I am excited. I hope Captain America is as epic as the trailer depicts it to be.
After seeing the trailer for Xmen: First class on the big screen, yeah, I think this will be the best of the xmen movies. I was skeptical of GL, but I think we will see enough to wet our appetites on seeing GL's on the big screen. I will see Cap, but haven't been as psyched for it for what ever reasons. Thor's been the best for me thus far. Just a great movie all round, with great characters played by great actors and a decently good plot (nothing extravigant) but more than does the job for this movie. Highly recommended if you've waited this long to see the thundering norse god of thunder brought to the brig screen in the proper fashion. or.....you can see the direct to dvd B grade (or is it C grade lol) version of The Almighty Thor... (and least we know what Richard Grieco's been up to lol. (I can't seem to get the code to actually watch it on here? seem to be shitty at that :-(" In my opinion, Thor and Cap may be the best this year. But I'm looking forward to X-Men: First Class. I think Green Lantern will suck. "

ok was gonna say Thor doesnt open in the US until May normally its the States that get the first showing Lucky You guys got a early look
I thought it was better, in that it was more grand, and the magic of Asgard, bifrost, Thor, Mjolnir and Odin, and the fight with Loki holding Gungnir at the end when he was trying to destroy bifrost. You even get to see Odin in battle briefly at the beginning, kinda reminded me of Lord of the Rings: Fellowship at the beginning with the big battle." Why can't it come out faster! :(
Was it better/as good as the first Iron Man?"
Thought it was pretty good, Loki was a little bit to whiny for my liking but still a good performance.
Thor taking out a frost giants head with Mjolnir, gotta love this movie, the fight scenes were just awsome and pure magic, imo.
