We all have our best comic moments; I am going to say some of Thor’s best, counting down…

    Have fun reading my list.

This has to be one of my Favorite moments with Thor, Gaining the Odin force and coming to earth, For Iron man to impose on him, NO. That was not happening. Thor showed his true Might as God against a man in a metal suit that was happy enough to create a clone of his fellow avenger.

Thor Imposing himself on a fellow avenger after being angered.
Thor Imposing himself on a fellow avenger after being angered.

This will also be one of my favorite moments of Thor, Killing sentry. This was one justice that Thor was granted in this series that made me enjoy it. An Epic fight no doubt before hand.

    So much WIN!
    So much WIN!

Next we have the poetic attack Thor does against Leob force Rulk. WHO DID NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN? This was the best scan in the entire Rulk series.

    The ART was also magic.

The next scan, well, Thor Punking Silver surfer , the dialogue is beautiful and screams EPIC!

The next one is something that captured my love of Thor comics forever, Beta Ray Bill and Thor fighting over his great hammer.

This scene no doubt must be one of the greatest scenes in comic history, period. No explanation needed.

Thor Fighting his clone was for me, a very good issue. No Idea why, I just loved every minute of it.

This scene explains why Thor is the Mightiest hero ever. Attacking and damaging a celestial has to be among the top things Thor has ever and will ever do. His Golden age.

AND FINALLY , Even the Great Celestial's cannot part Thor from his hammer, part of himself. They explain the sacred bond between God and his Hammer.

Thank you for reading this, Also I did not add, My fave scene is also when Cap lifts Thor's hammer in 390, I did not add this as I made a topic for it already.

This Is why I read Thor, Why do you?

Point to add about the last scan, The joy in Thors face said it all about how much he loves that hammer.

@Pyrogram: All the scans you posted are very good reasons to one start reading Thor.

One of Thor best moments to me was his Resurrection after Ragnarok.

    - How about Thor's turn to the dark side in Thor, Volume 2, #67? Thor kills Jake Olson, essentially his mortal counter-part and thus becomes unworthy to weild Mjolnir. These are the moments that lead him to his conquest of Earth and launches the "Thor: Lord of Earth" saga. This story arc shows just how powerful and volatile Thor can become, especially when shouldered with the power of the Odinforce and the responsibility of being the Lord of Asgard.

I also remember a statement from Thor that the reason why he doesn't show all his strength when on the Avengers is that he doesn't want the rest of the team to feel useless.

Captain America (as the Captain, if I remember correctly) lifting Thor's hammer was one of the coolest scenes ever. And it's probably why so many fans are not liking the recent teaser image of Hulk maybe picking up the hammer. He's not worthy. If Marvel allows Hulk to lift the hammer, just to show how strong he is, they will have forever negated a very special, very crucial element of Thor, because every time they want to show someone as top tier in the strength department, they'll be lifting Thor's hammer. No. No. No. No. No.

Is this the same Marvel that dragged the Clone Saga out for-frickin'-ever? The same Marvel that published something as weird as US1 or NFL Superpro? And the same Marvel that bought the Ultraverse, just to get the Exiles title, but bury the rest of those great characters? Nah, you're right, they could never be that stupid. :/

I agree with that, but seriously, if they let Hulk lift the hammer that would be throwing away 40-50+ years of Thor history away.. No way marvel editors would let that happen. But I do not underestimate marvels idiocy.

A quick google search and cursory examination places it at around twenty to thirty years. And considering the whole 'One More Day' thing...

Yeah, Marvel would totally throw away 40-50 years of history for one sales boost.
